The clinic combines root-cause functional medicine with metabolic health and medically supervised weight management, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy, and regenerative aesthetics. It was founded by physician assistant Chenelle McCaskill, PA-C, MS, after more than twenty years working in conventional healthcare, and is co-led by Haley McCaskill-Keady as chief operating officer. Care is delivered in person in Douglas County and by telehealth to patients in Oregon, Washington, and Florida. The practice runs on membership programs and cash-pay pricing rather than billing insurance directly.
