If an error is made with your gift card purchase, we will happily adjust or refund your sale within 72 hours of purchase. Product purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if the package is fully sealed and unopened. Used products may be refunded only in instances of allergic reactions to a product. Treat your gift card like cash. Gift cards purchased at a discount expire 1 calendar year from date of purchase. Gift cards not purchased at a discount do not expire.
