Alive Integrative Medicine, LLC is a collective of integrative healthcare providers serving the Eugene, Oregon area, offering naturopathic primary care, osteopathic gynecology, acupuncture and Chinese medicine, massage therapy and nutrition counseling. Its clinical team includes naturopathic physicians, a DO gynecologist, a family nurse practitioner, a registered dietitian nutritionist, acupuncturists and licensed massage therapists. Services include functional and biomarker testing covering hormones, neurotransmitters, genetics, digestive function and micronutrients, bioidentical hormone therapy, thyroid and adrenal care, digestive health, ozone therapy and IV vitamin infusions. The practice is in network with PacificSource, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, Moda and Trillium, accepts Oregon Medicaid, and does not bill Medicare. It operates two Eugene offices, having opened a second location on Country Club Road in May 2026.
