Vita Health is a physician-led healthspan and age-management practice in Eugene, Oregon, founded by Scott Russi, MD, a former trauma and general surgeon who served 34 years in the U.S. Air Force. Its Vita Health Program for Healthspan is built on four pillars — hormone balance, glycation reduction, oxidative stress reduction and movement — and begins with a two-and-a-half-hour consultation followed by quarterly reviews through the first year. Testing includes full-body DEXA, resting metabolic rate and VO2 assessment on a Korr CardioCoach, CNS Vital Signs neurocognitive testing and continuous glucose monitoring. The clinic also provides bio-identical hormone therapy, IV infusions and prescribed photobiomodulation, and a strength coach leads its movement programming. It is cash-pay and accepts HSA and FSA funds.
