Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery is a facial plastic, breast, and body surgery practice in Rochester, New York, founded in 1992 by facial plastic surgeon Vito C. Quatela, M.D. Its five surgeons specialize in facial plastic surgery, breast enhancement surgery, and body contouring, and the practice serves patients from Buffalo, Syracuse, and throughout New York as well as across the United States and internationally. The center operates from The Lindsay House, a Victorian mansion Dr. Quatela purchased in 1992 and renovated into a surgical center with an AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgical facility. Affiliated brands under the same leadership include Q the Medical Spa, the Quatela Center for Hair Restoration (established 1987), and Longevita Medical, a regenerative medicine practice Dr. Quatela founded in 2021.
