Plastic Surgery Center of Tampa is the practice of Dr. Jaime Perez, a triple board-certified surgeon (plastic surgery, surgery of the hand, and general surgery) who has practiced in Tampa since 2000 and opened his current facility in 2008. He earned his MD at New Jersey Medical School, completed a general surgery residency and plastic surgery fellowship at Rutgers, and an additional year of hand and microvascular surgery training at USF, where he now serves as a Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery. He has performed more than 5,000 breast augmentations and regularly participates in medical mission trips providing cleft lip/palate, burn, and reconstructive surgery in Rwanda, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti.
