Elixir Aesthetics is a med spa in Tampa, Florida, co-founded by Kate Williams, APRN-C, Caitlin Gorman, APRN-C, and Elzbieta Greene, a master medical aesthetician, who left prior positions in the aesthetics industry to open the practice together. Its medical director is Dr. Edward Farrior, a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and past president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The practice specializes in injectables and neuromodulators, laser and energy treatments (Morpheus8, Sciton MOXI, laser hair removal), and skin treatments including facials, microneedling, and chemical peels.
