Piedmont Cosmetic Surgery & Dermatology Center is a dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with additional offices in Mt. Airy, North Wilkesboro, and Kernersville, NC. It is led by David Spencer, M.D., a dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon trained in pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma, dermatology residency at Ohio State University, and a cosmetic/Mohs surgery fellowship in Arkansas. Beth Gurley, PA-C, has practiced alongside Dr. Spencer since 2001. The practice offers both medical dermatology (skin cancer screening, Mohs surgery) and cosmetic services (chemical peels, skin rejuvenation, body shaping, cosmetic surgery, tattoo removal), and is affiliated with The Spa at Highland Oaks, a separate day spa at the Winston-Salem address.
