L&P Aesthetics is a facial plastic surgery and medical spa practice founded in 2012 in Palo Alto, California as Lieberman & Parikh Facial Plastic Surgery by double board-certified facial plastic surgeons Dr. David M. Lieberman and Dr. Sachin S. Parikh. The practice opened a second office in downtown Los Gatos in 2022, when Dr. Steven A. Curti joined as a partner and medical director of that location. It focuses on facial cosmetic rejuvenation, facial reconstructive surgery and hair restoration, offering facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, brow lift, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, lip lift and fat transfer alongside injectables, laser treatments, microneedling and PRF. Surgery is performed at the practice's own Alma at Addison Surgery Center in Palo Alto, and its iO Clinic on Alma Street provides skin and wellness services including IV therapy and hyperbaric oxygen. The practice serves the Bay Area including San Jose, Mountain View and Redwood City.
