About Kind | Chang Plastic Surgery

Kind | Chang Plastic Surgery is a two-surgeon plastic surgery practice on Castro Street in San Francisco, run by Gabriel M. Kind, MD, FACS and David S. Chang, MD, FACS, both Dartmouth College graduates who hold faculty appointments at UCSF. Its cosmetic work covers facelift and neck lift, brow lift, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, lift and reduction, abdominoplasty, arm lift, liposuction, fat grafting and mommy makeover, alongside non-surgical treatment with Botox and injectable fillers. The practice also carries substantial reconstructive lines: breast reconstruction including the DIEP flap, thigh flaps, implant and oncoplastic reconstruction; hand surgery and microsurgery; body contouring after weight loss or for HIV-related lipodystrophy; and transgender surgery. Dr. Kind was among the first surgeons on the West Coast to perform the DIEP flap for breast reconstruction and currently serves as a Director and Chairman of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Anna Riley Crenshaw, PA-C works alongside both surgeons in the clinic, operating room and hospital.
