Dr. Karen M. Horton is an internationally board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery and Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada) based in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation for women. She established her practice in 2006, focusing on microsurgical and implant-based breast cancer reconstruction and the "mommy makeover" category. She trained at the University of Toronto (MD, 2000), completed her plastic surgery residency at the University of Manitoba, and a hand and microsurgery fellowship at The Buncke Clinic in San Francisco.
