John Hilinski MD Facial Plastic Surgery is a single-surgeon practice in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego, California, which John M. Hilinski, MD has owned and directed since 2005. It is limited exclusively to facial plastic and reconstructive surgery rather than general plastic surgery, focusing on primary and revision rhinoplasty, otoplasty and macrotia reduction, facelift, blepharoplasty, brow lift, facial reconstruction and scar revision, alongside a medspa offering injectables, lasers, microneedling and non-surgical hair restoration. Procedures are performed at the on-site Hilinski Ambulatory Surgery Center, accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (Quad A), where Dr. Hilinski is owner and medical director. Dr. Hilinski is double board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, trained at Harvard Medical School and UC San Diego, and completed a facial plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Illinois, Chicago. In 2010 he co-founded The Hilinski Foundation for Surgery, a non-profit providing charitable facial plastic surgery to underprivileged youth in San Diego.
