Dr. Gallegos completed general surgery training at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston with a fellowship in advanced microsurgery at St. Joseph Hospital, and completed his plastic surgery residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital; he holds privileges at Presbyterian and Lovelace Health System facilities in Albuquerque.
