Farris Plastic Surgery is a solo, boutique Dallas, Texas practice led by Zachary Farris, MD, FACS, a double board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery, American Board of Surgery) and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Farris earned his MD from Drexel University College of Medicine, completed a general surgery residency at UMDNJ, and a plastic surgery residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Montefiore, where he later served as Assistant Professor and built the Body Contouring Program. Dr. Farris personally conducts all consultations and follow-up visits. The practice maintains an AAAASF-accredited on-site surgical suite, accredited since 2004, offering breast, body, and facial plastic surgery along with non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
