Fairbanks Art of Plastic Surgery is a private cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery practice led by Grant A. Fairbanks, MD, with offices in South Jordan and Layton, Utah. Dr. Fairbanks trained in general and plastic surgery at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania and completed a craniofacial surgery fellowship at Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University. The practice covers facial plastic surgery, breast surgery, body contouring, and pediatric facial deformities including microtia, cleft lip and palate. Dr. Fairbanks is a past president of the Utah Plastic Surgery Society and the Salt Lake Surgical Society and is an adjunct assistant professor of surgery at the University of Utah School of Medicine.
