Mountain West Medical Spa is the public brand of Mountain West Medical Clinic, a medically supervised wellness and aesthetics practice serving the South Jordan and North Salt Lake areas of Utah. Its two current service lines are a GLP-1 medical weight-management programme using FDA-approved semaglutide and tirzepatide with clinic visits and care-team support included in the programme fee, and hormone replacement therapy for men and women built on comprehensive evaluation, targeted lab testing and individualised treatment plans. The site also states the clinic has offered Botox, dermal fillers and IV therapy over the years. It was co-founded by Amber Munsell-Gansen, Director of Clinic Operations, and Matthew Srithiemthong, CFO, and was named Best of Utah medical card provider in 2024 and 2025. Clinical operations, provider training and compliance are overseen by medical director Toni Moosmann, FNP.
