ENT Family is an otolaryngology practice in Hollywood, Florida, serving patients across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. It was founded by board-certified otolaryngologist David J. Eleff, MD and board-certified family nurse practitioner Rachel Eleff, NP, and has grown to more than 25 employees over four years. The practice treats ear and hearing, nose and sinus, allergy, sleep, head and neck, thyroid, throat and voice conditions in both adults and children, and staffs an audiologist for diagnostic and vestibular testing. Its facial rejuvenation line offers Botox, Botox for TMJ, Dysport, dermal fillers and rhinoplasty. Services are by appointment only, with telehealth available.
