About Rachel Eleff

Rachel Eleff, NP is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and co-founder of ENT Family in Hollywood, Florida, with more than 11 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated as valedictorian of her class, earned her BSN magna cum laude, and completed her FNP degree while being recognized as Nurse of the Year for Memorial Regional South. She began her nursing career at Cleveland Clinic and spent five years within the Memorial Hospital system before founding the practice with her husband, otolaryngologist Dr. David Eleff. Over the past four years they have grown ENT Family to more than 25 employees.
