David J. Eleff, MD is a board-certified otolaryngologist and co-founder of ENT Family in Hollywood, Florida. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College and earned his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed a five-year residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Miami, training at a Level I trauma center, and served as chief resident. Over the past four years Dr. Eleff has cared for more than 15,000 patients across South Florida and serves patients throughout the HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, Memorial Healthcare System and Broward hospital communities.
