Elle MD is a functional medicine and medical weight-loss practice in Royal Oak, Michigan, founded by physicians Erin Hendriks, MD, and Maricela Castillo MacKenzie, MD, after more than a decade practicing together in primary care. The practice focuses on women's health, particularly women in their forties and beyond, and treats hormonal change, thyroid conditions, gut health, blood sugar and weight. Programs combine advanced lab testing, prescriptive nutrition, hormone replacement therapy and prescription weight-loss medications, and require a minimum three-month commitment. The clinic does not accept insurance and serves Royal Oak, Oakland County and patients across Michigan, with care available in English and Spanish.
