Exodus Precision Health is a membership-based, direct-pay concierge primary care practice serving Metro Detroit, Michigan, from three clinics: two in Southfield and one in Berkley. It was founded by physician brothers Greg Naman, MD and Ted Naman, MD, both board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, who previously co-founded EPIC Health in 2000. The practice does not bill insurance for routine care and sells three monthly membership tiers covering unlimited visits, same-day or next-day appointments, direct provider access, bloodwork and generic medications, with an expanded formulary, labs, imaging and GLP-1 access at higher tiers. Clinical scope covers wellness visits and physicals, acute and chronic disease care, dermatology, in-office procedures, women's and men's health, pediatrics, pharmacy, and labs and radiology. Premium members have access to a Precision Performance Lab at both Southfield locations offering DEXA, Styku 3D body scanning, cardiovascular stress testing, CogniVue, VISIA skin analysis, spirometry, echocardiogram and abdominal ultrasound.
