Dr. Richard C. Parfitt Jr. is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon serving Madison and Appleton, WI, practicing exclusively on the face, head, and neck. A Wisconsin native, he earned his MD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed a military otolaryngology residency with service in Okinawa, Japan, and trained in facial plastic surgery in Beverly Hills. Dr. Parfitt founded his practice in 1996 and also owns AestheticA Skin Health Center, a non-surgical aesthetics division opened in 2001.
