Dr. Richard C. Parfitt Jr. is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon practicing exclusively on the face, head, and neck in Madison and Appleton, WI. A Wisconsin native and UW-Madison-trained physician, he completed a military otolaryngology residency with service in Okinawa, Japan, and trained in facial plastic surgery in Beverly Hills. He founded his practice in 1996 and also owns AestheticA Skin Health Center, a non-surgical aesthetics division opened in 2001.
