Dr. Miami Plastic Surgery is the Bay Harbor Islands, Florida practice of Michael Salzhauer, MD, FACS, a plastic surgeon with more than twenty-five years of experience who is widely known as Dr. Miami. He was educated at Washington University School of Medicine, trained in plastic surgery while on staff at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, and continued training through the University of Miami Medical Center and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. The practice operates from a single office on Kane Concourse and concentrates on body and breast surgery — Brazilian butt lift, tummy tuck, mommy makeover, liposuction, breast augmentation, lift and reduction — along with rhinoplasty, and it runs a separate physician-supervised weight-loss programme. Dr. Salzhauer was the subject of the 2017 WE tv docuseries Dr. Miami and the 2021 discovery+ documentary They Call Me Dr. Miami.
