Vegas Plastic Surgery Institute is a full-scope plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in Las Vegas, NV, co-founded in 2022 by Dr. John Brosious and Dr. Joshua Goldman. Services span cosmetic and aesthetic surgery of the breast, body, and face, breast cancer reconstruction and microsurgery, gender-affirming surgery, and complex reconstructive surgery. Dr. Brosious founded the Nevada Gender Affirming Healthcare Program and performed Nevada's first vaginoplasty in 2020, while Dr. Goldman focuses on advanced breast cancer reconstruction and microsurgery and is the highest-volume plastic and reconstructive microsurgeon in Nevada. Both surgeons hold academic faculty appointments at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV, and the practice serves Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding Nevada communities.
