Our straightforward approach to weight management and aesthetics has helped 100,000 patients. Dr. Alex Spinoso is an MD, entrepreneur, husband, and father to triplets and their younger sister. He is co-founder and Co-CEO of Genesis Lifestyle Medicine and is a consultant for a number of multi-million-dollar companies, helping them scale their businesses. Alex has been a part of over 50+ medical clinics through startups, partnerships, consulting, and acquisitions during this time. In Alex’s tenure, Genesis and his other clinics have helped well over 125,000+ patients with their health needs. In his early years, Dr. Spinoso worked in the California prison system as an MD on a general population yard. Over the years, his desire to create something more led him to create Genesis Lifestyle Medicine.
