Dominion Plastic Surgery, founded in 2008 by Dr. Vineet Mehan, is a surgeon-owned reconstructive and plastic surgery practice in Falls Church, Virginia serving the greater Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. The practice provides both reconstructive procedures — hand, extremity, and facial trauma reconstruction, and breast reconstruction — and cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, alongside non-surgical treatments. The practice operates its own in-house surgical suite, Hartland Surgery Center. Dr. Earl M. Johnson, Jr., Chairman of Plastic Surgery at Virginia Hospital Center and Assistant Professor at UVA/INOVA, has practiced alongside Dr. Mehan at Dominion since 2015.
