Core Aesthetic is a physician-led medical spa and weight loss clinic at 2924 Telestar Court, Suite 110 in Falls Church, Virginia, near the Mosaic District. It was co-founded by Vickie Paesano, PharmD, who serves as president and brought a background in pharmaceutical compounding to the practice, and its medical director is Aleksandra Gajer, MD, a physician with a background in emergency medicine. The clinical team includes lead injector Chelsea Samo-Lipman, PA-C, nurse practitioner injectors and laser specialists Jessica Jung, FNP-BC and Allison Ruesch, FNP-BC, weight loss specialist Lindsay Najjoum, DNP, FNP-BC, and registered nurse Lauren Rapp. Services include neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, lip filler, biostimulators, Morpheus8 and Morpheus8 Body radiofrequency microneedling, EvolveX body contouring, Lumecca IPL, CoolPeel and Tetra CO2 laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, microneedling and VI Peel, IV vitamin therapy, hormone and testosterone replacement therapy, vaginal rejuvenation, and a physician-directed medical weight loss program.
