Daryl K. Hoffman, MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery) serving San Jose, Palo Alto, and the greater Bay Area. He is Stanford-trained, having completed a six-year combined general and plastic surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center, and has practiced for more than 20 years while serving as adjunct clinical faculty at Stanford. Dr. Hoffman's practice covers facial, breast, and body procedures -- including facelift, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, and mommy makeover -- alongside non-surgical treatments such as Botox and CoolSculpting. He has published in the Annals of Plastic Surgery and contributed to a breast-reconstruction guidebook.
