Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS) is a plastic surgery group practice in central Ohio operating four locations: its flagship office in Upper Arlington plus offices in Gahanna, Westerville (Polaris) and Dublin (Bridge Park). The practice was co-founded by Timothy Treece, MD, FACS and Susan Vasko, MD, FACS, and is now staffed by six board-certified plastic surgeons following Dr. Vasko's retirement. Alongside surgery it runs an in-house MedSpa, laser center, dermatology service and wellness center, and is one of the few plastic surgery practices in the region with a board-certified dermatologist on staff. Services span breast, body and facial surgery, injectables, CoolSculpting, laser treatments, NeoGraft hair restoration, hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss. It serves the Columbus metropolitan area.
