Birmingham Cosmetic Surgery is a cosmetic surgery practice in southeast Michigan led by board-certified cosmetic surgeon Rouchdi Rifai, MD. It operates four offices, in Southfield, Port Huron, Plymouth and Dundee, and performs procedures in its own on-site outpatient surgical centre. The surgical menu covers breast augmentation, lift, reduction and implant removal; tummy tuck, liposuction, mommy makeover and male breast reduction; and facial procedures including facelift, brow and eyelid lifts, rhinoplasty, neck lift and chin implants. An in-house med spa provides injectables, chemical peels, laser treatments and facials. The practice also runs a training arm, the Birmingham Aesthetic Academy.
