Dr. Bailey and his staff are committed to providing their patients with the highest standard of care combined with personal attention, and privacy in a safe and comfortable environment. Dr. Bailey is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Medicine and is fellowship-trained in cosmetic surgery. He is double board certified in Cosmetic Surgery, Phlebology, and General Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of various professional organizations. He’s also certified in general surgery. Prior to retraining in cosmetic surgery he spent a very gratifying 14 years performing adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery. 9 of those years were spent as the Director of Cardiovascular Services at a Midwest Regional Medical Center.
