About Vicky Tubens-Lowa

Vicky Tubens-Lowa, FNP is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at First State Med Spa in Wilmington, Delaware. She completed her BSN at Rutgers School of Nursing and her MSN at Widener University. She has an extensive background in critical care, telemetry and home care, with a special interest in aesthetics, medical weight loss, lipedema, and urgent and primary care across the lifespan. She also serves in a US Army medical support unit and is conversant in Spanish.
