First State Med Spa is a medical spa founded in 2011 by Nadiv Shapira, MD, FACS, initially to provide cosmetic and medical vein procedures. It operates two locations, in Wilmington, Delaware and West Chester, Pennsylvania. Services include injectables such as neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid fillers, Kybella, Bellafill, Sculptra and PDO thread lifts; laser treatments including intense pulsed light, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, Erbium laser peel and laser vein and capillary removal; SmartLipo laser body sculpting and Viora Reaction body contouring; spider and varicose vein treatment; skincare including microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning and facials; and wellness services covering hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy and supervised medical weight loss. The practice also treats lipedema, for which Dr. Shapira performs a specialised liposuction procedure.
