Dr. S. Tyler Elkins-Williams is a double board-certified plastic surgeon at Finn Plastic Surgery in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with over a decade of experience in breast and body surgery. He completed residencies in General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the UNC School of Medicine, followed by a Burn Surgery Fellowship, and spent time in the UNC Jaycee Burn Center.
