About Susan Meers Wells

Susan Meers Wells, MS, RN, CANS, is a cofounder of Wells Plastic Surgery & Skin Care, a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, and a Galderma National Trainer. As a senior member of the nonsurgical aesthetics team, including the Wells Sculptra Center of Excellence, she performs a wide range of injectable and energy-based treatments. She holds a Master of Science degree as a Plastic Surgical Clinical Nurse Specialist from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She was the first nurse injector in Central Kentucky and among the first Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialists in the country, and participated in the original national think tank that developed the CANS certification requirements and exam. She is the former President of the National Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and currently serves as Co-Chair of The Aesthetic Society Annual Skin Care Symposium.
