Dr. Steven J. Rottman, MD is a double board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery and American Board of Surgery) practicing in the Baltimore/Owings Mills, Maryland area. He completed a general surgery residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia and a plastic surgery residency at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson, with trauma, burn, hand, and pediatric craniofacial experience, followed by a breast and aesthetic surgery fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital.
