About Stephan Baker

Stephan Baker, MD, FACS is a plastic surgeon in solo private practice in Miami, Florida, certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. Born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, he graduated in chemistry from Oberlin College and earned his medical degree at the New York University School of Medicine. He completed a five-year general surgery residency and chief residency at Columbia University's St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, followed by a four-year plastic and reconstructive surgery residency, chief residency and fellowship under Dr. D. Ralph Millard Jr. at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Medical Center, where he was later appointed voluntary assistant professor of surgery. He pursued additional subspecialty training in liposculpture, aesthetic breast surgery and vertical breast reduction in Italy, Brazil and Canada, and has volunteered on reconstructive missions in Colombia, Panama and the Philippines with Operation Smile International. His practice focuses on facial surgery including facelift, neck lift, eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty, on breast and body surgery, and on injectable treatments.
