Raymond Douglas, MD, PhD, is a board-certified oculoplastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, California, specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive oculoplastic surgery and thyroid eye disease (TED) treatment. He earned his medical degree and a PhD in immunology from the University of Pennsylvania and completed an orbitofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the UCLA Stein Eye Institute. He was a lead scientist in the research that identified Tepezza, the first FDA-approved TED treatment, and directs the orbital and TED programs as a professor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
