About Rafael De Ayala
Dr. Rafael De Ayala specializes in plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body, with over a decade of training and experience. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Stony Brook University with the New York Plastic Surgical Group, followed by a cosmetic surgery fellowship at Hass Plastic Surgery in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He also completed a burn surgery fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine and his general surgery residency at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus. He has earned awards including Plastic and Reconstructive Resident of the Month and the Best Resident Teacher Award, and has contributed to numerous research publications and national presentations.
