About Peter Wirth
Dr. Peter Wirth is a plastic surgeon and Co-Founder of Madison Plastic Surgery who completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He brings a detail-driven approach to facial, breast, and body aesthetics, rooted in natural-looking refinement and clear patient education. He completed a one-year aesthetic surgery fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, refining his expertise in rhinoplasty, facelift surgery, and cosmetic breast and body procedures. He has co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on breast reconstruction outcomes and aesthetic surgery, serves as a reviewer for several plastic surgery journals, and contributes to national committees within The Aesthetic Society and the American Council of Educators in Plastic Surgery. Originally from New Jersey, he graduated cum laude from Colby College with honors in neurobiology and earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine.
