Dr. Pedy Ganchi graduated with honors from Cornell University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Molecular Biology, then attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine for her medical degree. She completed her internship and General Surgery residency in the Department of Surgery at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center, and entered further specialty training in Plastic Surgery there, serving as a Plastic Surgical Chief Resident at Albert Einstein, Montefiore, Beth Israel, and Roosevelt Hospitals in New York. She practices in Ridgewood, New Jersey, specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery of the face, breasts, and body, and serves as attending physician at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the New York Society of Plastic Surgeons.
