About Paul Phelps
Dr. Paul Phelps is a board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon who founded Chicago Oculofacial Plastic Surgery, S.C. in October 2021 and specialises in laser-assisted eyelid and facial rejuvenation. He earned his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine, completed an ophthalmology residency at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, an ophthalmic pathology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an oculofacial plastic surgery fellowship at Albany Medical College. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Director of Oculofacial Plastic and Orbital Surgery at Cook County Health, and has authored more than 100 publications. Before founding his practice he spent four years as an attending at NorthShore University HealthSystem.
