Chicago Oculofacial Plastic Surgery, S.C. is an oculofacial plastic surgery practice founded by Dr. Paul Phelps in October 2021. It operates two Illinois offices, the Chicago Aesthetic Studio on North Halsted Street and the Winnetka Aesthetic Studio on Chestnut Street, with all surgical procedures performed at the Chicago location and the Winnetka office handling consultations, imaging, treatment planning and skin rejuvenation. The practice specialises in laser-assisted eyelid and facial rejuvenation, including blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, brow lift, face and neck lift and facial fat grafting, alongside a non-surgical menu of neuromodulators, Sculptra, chemical peels, microneedling, CO2 and erbium resurfacing, PRP and IV therapy. Dr. Phelps is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Director of Oculofacial Plastic and Orbital Surgery at Cook County Health. He is supported by aesthetic nurses Grace Reynoso, RN and Hayley Johnson, RN.
