About Paul Leong

Dr. Paul Leong is a Yale-trained, dual board-certified facial plastic surgeon who treats only the face and neck. He completed seven years of otolaryngology-head & neck training at the University of Pittsburgh and a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University, founding his independent practice in Pittsburgh in 2011. He is internationally recognized for his facelift technique and speaks at national and international plastic surgery conferences.
