He completed seven years of otolaryngology-head & neck training at the University of Pittsburgh and a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University, founding his independent practice in Pittsburgh in 2011. The practice runs six offices across greater Pittsburgh plus Morgantown, WV, offering surgical procedures (facelift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, otoplasty, facial implants) and an extensive injectables/laser/non-surgical menu. Dr. Leong is internationally recognized for his facelift technique and speaks at national and international plastic surgery conferences.
