About Parvin Shafa

Dr. Parvin Shafa is the founder and practicing physician of OC MedDerm in Irvine, California, a practice covering medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She was awarded her medical degree and dermatology training at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, graduating at the top of her class, completed further training at UC Irvine, and finished her residency at Loma Linda University in 1995. She has more than 25 years of experience across medical and cosmetic dermatology and has been injecting neurotoxins since 1996, working with the full range of FDA-approved dermal fillers alongside laser resurfacing and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. She was selected as one of America's Top Physicians by the Consumers Research Council of America and speaks on early skin cancer detection.
