About Michelle McGill
Dr. Michelle McGill is a fellowship-trained plastic surgeon at STARS Plastic Surgery who offers the full spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Her approach combines advanced surgical techniques with nonsurgical treatments and technologies for balanced, natural outcomes. She began her academic journey at The University of Texas at Austin and earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She completed a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at The University of Texas Health San Antonio, followed by a fellowship in aesthetic plastic surgery. During her general surgery residency she was twice honored with the Excellence in Interpersonal and Communication Skills Award, named Role Model of the Year, and received the Raleigh Ross Scholar Award from the Texas Surgical Society.
