About Michael Philbin

Michael Philbin, MD, FACS is a plastic surgeon at Edina Plastic Surgery in Edina, Minnesota. He earned a BS in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and his MD from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 1989. He completed general and plastic surgery residencies at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, where he received the Yale-Bothom Award for Outstanding Chief Resident. He was certified by the American Board of Surgery in 1995 and by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1998.
