About Michael Desvigne
Dr. Michael N. Desvigne is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who dedicates his expertise to both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, and is listed as an independent associate at Ciao Bella Cosmetic Surgery, using its surgical center for some of his surgeries. He is board certified in plastic surgery, general surgery, wound care and hyperbaric medicine, and performs most cosmetic procedures under local anesthesia or twilight sedation. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Arizona Society of Plastic Surgeons. Originally from New York City, he attended the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and served 12 years in the U.S. Air Force as a medical student, flight surgeon, and general surgeon.
